नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ न्यूट्रिशन ने देश में महिला और पुरुष के लिए आदर्श वजन में थोड़ा बदलाव किया है। दस साल पहले किसी पुरुष के लिए आदर्श वजन 60 किलो था, जिसे बढ़ाकर 65 किलो कर दिया गया है।
